We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced leader to head our Psychology provision. You will champion a student-centered approach, encouraging analytical skills and a deep understanding of psychological research and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the Psychology department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
* Develop and deliver an engaging Psychology curriculum at GCSE and A-Level.
* Promote critical evaluation of psychological theories and research.
* Implement effective assessment and feedback strategies.
* Support the professional development of Psychology teachers (if applicable).

Qualifications & Experience:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Degree in Psychology.
* Extensive experience teaching Psychology at GCSE and A-Level.
* Proven ability to foster critical thinking and analytical skills in students.
* Strong understanding of research methods and ethical considerations in Psychology.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
