Job Opportunity: Agricultural Adjusters
1. Our client, a national loss adjusting practice, is seeking to enhance its Agricultural Division by appointing at least two additional home-based adjusters in the Midlands/South West regions.
2. You will handle a range of specialist agricultural and high net worth losses within the South West or Midlands, depending on your location.
3. Alongside your technical responsibilities, you will work closely with specialist insurers and brokers to improve the service offered.
4. Ideal candidates will have an agricultural adjusting background; however, experienced property adjusters in high net worth or general property fields seeking to expand into agricultural claims are also encouraged to apply.
5. You will be part of a national team and will have the autonomy to develop your role, knowledge, and skills in the agricultural sector.
Compensation and Benefits
Basic salaries are negotiable based on experience, likely up to £50-55,000, plus individual fee-related bonuses, car allowance, pension, private medical care, and 25 days of holiday.
