Window & Door Installation Team Leader
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.
Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 Per Annum, Depending on Experience.
Location: Shipston on Stour, Warwickshire CV36.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am – 4:30pm + overtime as and when required.

Role Overview
The role will be to run a team of installers carrying out installations of steel windows, doors, screens, and glazing. This role has the opportunity for further development and progression within the company.
Key Responsibilities
* Installing steel windows, doors and screens into existing and newly formed openings
* Lead an Installation Team, including managing tools and van (provided)
* Ensure products are installed to a high standard
* Rectify installation problems should they occur
* Work to deadlines
* Pass on skills and teach junior members of the team
* Be punctual and reliable
Candidate Requirements
* Experience fitting windows, doors and glazing
* Competent in all areas of the building trade
* Organised with good attention to detail
* Good communication skills
* Motivate team to complete jobs to the highest standards
* Driving licence
