The Best Connection are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Cannock for a Parts Advisor this will be a full time temp to perm role for successful candidates.
Duties:
Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email to identify their automotive parts needs for vehicles.
Recommend suitable parts and accessories based on customer requirements, vehicle specifications, and budget considerations.
Maintain a clean and organized showroom and parts department, including stocking shelves and displays.
Qualifications:
Previous experience preferably in automotive parts sales, preferably within the Land Rover or automotive aftermarket industry.
Strong understanding of vehicles, parts, and accessories.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software for inventory management and sales transactions.
Flexibility to work weekends and occasional overtime as needed.
Hours of work will be Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00
