Harbour Healthcare is recruiting for a Care Home Administrator in Harrogate. Key Responsibilities:
* Processing payroll details for all employees using the Cold Harbour system.
* Ensuring that both care worker and service user files remain compliant and chasing up key documents as required.
* Maintaining and updating compliance dashboards such as NMDS and training platforms.
* Assisting with the recruitment selection process, handing out application forms to applicants, and ensuring that they are all fully vetted, screened, and trained before placement.
* Filing, answering telephone calls, and liaising with clients, their relatives, and external stakeholders.
* Taking minutes of meetings and adhering to current GDPR requirements.
* Writing letters and emails, and providing general administrative support to the management and home.
Requirements:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite.
* Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers).
* Professional attitude and appearance.
* Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
* Excellent organisational skills, multitasking, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
