The role involves servicing and maintaining high-end, quality Photocopiers/MFDs to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and repair a full range of MFP & Production Print equipment according to technical specifications. Respond to field technical calls at client premises as directed, ensuring timely and efficient on-site repairs. Maintain accurate technical records using PDA service support tools and communicate with call control as needed. Organize and maintain a vehicle or on-site spare parts kit to minimize Return to Fit (RTF) calls. Ensure tools, technical manuals, and other equipment are available, complete, and in safe condition. Manage cloud-based digital document repository access through regular online synchronization of provided laptop tools. Ensure the company vehicle is maintained according to procedures and kept clean and presentable. Maintain accurate work expense records and submit them with receipts on time. Attend technical training courses, seminars, and online training modules to maintain technical skills and product awareness.
