Candidate Engagement/ Sales Consultant (Bootcamp & AEB Programmes) – up to £31,000 – OTE £10,000 – HYBRID ROLE 2 DAYS PER WEEK IN LONDON

We are looking for a proactive Candidate Engagement & Resourcing Officer to join a dynamic team supporting government-funded training programmes (Bootcamps and AEB). In this role, you'll work closely with potential learners—guiding them from application to successful programme completion and onward into employment.
Essential Skills:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proven ability to work to targets, deadlines, and structured processes.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a motivational approach to candidate engagement.
* Experience in a customer-facing, resourcing, or sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with prospective learners through calls, emails, webinars, and in-person meetings.
* Deliver 1-to-1 career guidance, CV consultations, and support webinars.
* Screen candidates for eligibility and programme suitability.
* Collaborate with referral partners and proactively source candidates via job boards and other channels.
* Support learners during their training journey to ensure strong retention and outcomes.
* Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines using CRM systems.
* Contribute to marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
* Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs.
