Branch Sales Manager - Derby
1. Basic Salary: Circa £33,000
2. OTE: £40,000 (potential to earn bonus of £560 a month)
3. Working Hours : Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
4. 37.5 hours a week

6. 32 Days Annual Leave including Bank Holidays
We are recruiting for a Branch Manager to join a independent Trailer provider business. The role of the Branch Manager is to oversee daily operations, ensuring the team performs efficiently and meets set goals.
The Branch Manager needs to lead by example, supporting staff development and maintaining high service standards. A key part of this Branch Sales Manager role involves upselling products and services to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities as a Branch Sales Manager:
11. Responsible for daily operation/motivation of the 1 Sales/Service Advisor and the 1 Towbar/Service Technician
12. Become familiar with all the products supplied (Trailers, Towbars and all parts)
13. Generate/promote sales and business to keep the company growing and successful
14. Control stock of Trailers, Towbars and parts within the agreed budget guidelines
15. Ensure the Branch is kept clean, tidy and well presented
16. Actively sell and promote products by personal contact, telephone calls and promotions.
The Ideal Branch Sales Manager:
17. Previous experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment
18. Confident in their ability to upsell products and generate sales
19. Workshop management experience preferred
20. Knowledge of Trailers/Towbars and parts preferred
21. Confident on IT systems
22. Full driving license
