🚀 The Role
As Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in scaling one of the UK’s most exciting consumer food brands. With strong organic reach, highly engaging content, and an in-house creative team, you’ll be well-equipped to run performance campaigns that drive real impact across web and app platforms.
This is a hands-on and strategic role for someone who thrives on data, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
📈 Key Responsibilities
* Lead performance strategy across key paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads and more)
* Develop and execute acquisition campaigns to drive user growth and engagement
* Collaborate with creative, product, data, and finance teams to build and optimise performance funnels
* Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaigns based on KPIs such as CPA, CVR, and LTV
* Own campaign reporting, pacing, and forecasting
* Brief creative teams on asset needs and provide insights into performance trends
* Experiment with new platforms and formats to discover scalable growth opportunities
* Stay up to date with the latest tools, attribution models, and performance marketing trends
👤 Ideal Candidate Background
* 5+ years of experience in performance marketing (in-house or agency), ideally in B2C or subscription-based businesses
* Deep knowledge across paid social and search advertising, plus a track record of scaling campaigns profitably
* Experience working across both web and app growth channels
* Strong analytical mindset—comfortable interpreting data and turning insights into action
* Confident in briefing creatives, writing ad copy, and working cross-functionally
* Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and speed matters
* Self-starter with a proactive attitude and a willingness to build and refine processes
