First Line Manager at GXO Logistics, Inc.

We’re recruiting multiple Warehouse First Line Managers for our key customer in Harlow. Your role is to supervise a team of colleagues to ensure the operation runs as safely and efficiently as possible. You will train staff, monitor employee performance, motivate your team, and ensure a high level of customer service is delivered.
This is a full‑time, permanent role with a Monday to Friday shift pattern, 6 am to 2 pm.

Typical day
* Coordinate, lead and motivate a team of colleagues to operational success
* Set daily and weekly KPIs and ensure they are met and ideally exceeded
* Plan, manage and adjust staffing levels to meet operational requirements
* Maintain health and safety and H&S practices across all sites
Qualifications
* Experience motivating and leading teams within a fast‑moving logistics environment
* Strong knowledge and practice of health and safety principles
* Ability to maintain site standards and KPI performance
