Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a expanding law firm based in Liverpool. They are seeking a Civil Litigation Lawyer to join their team on a contract basis.

This role pays a competitive salary of £45,000 - £70,000 annum depending on experience.
Responsibilities as a Civil Litigation Solicitor:
* Manage a caseload involving disputes related to a full spectrum of professional negligence matters, contractual claims including insurance disputes, corporate governance, Director/Shareholder cases and more.
* Help to represent clients in appropriate court hearings and alternative dispute resolution forums.
* Provide clear, pragmatic legal advice and maintain strong client relationships.
* Draft and file legal documents and reports, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
* Collaborate with the legal team and contribute to business development efforts.
About you as a Civil Litigation Solicitor:
* Qualified solicitor with at least 8 years of experience in civil litigation;
* The role will involve development across various litigation fields and this will be carefully supervised and managed within the team to ensure continuous development of skills.
* Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple cases and deliver excellent client service.
* In depth knowledge of the CPR, Court Rules and Case law in relation to Civil Litigation.
* Excellent Research Skills.
