Short-term decision-making and long-term planning have become increasingly complex, leading to the decision to recruit a strong Finance Director to run the business and allow the Founder to focus on commercial and operational activity.
Responsibilities
* Producing sharp management accounts and analysis to assess performance and support decisions.
* Deep influence of finance governance across all commercial and operational activity.
* Leading IT, HR and Administrative functions.
* Developing long term value creation opportunities for the business and the shareholders.
Compensation
The package is set around £80,000 - £90,000 with the option to share in the future success of the company.
