Providing a housing management service, youll support them to manage and maintain their tenancy and rent accounts with the aim of helping them move on to a secure, long-term accommodation! What youll do Customer group - over 55s independent living. Making sure that our customers properties are homes they can be proud of, youll support your customers by engaging and involving them in their tenancies. Help our customers with housing benefit claims, making sure that these are received on their rent account To support the next customers who needs our help and for maximum occupancy, youll turn around vacant properties. Youll carry out and record the routine safety and compliance checks in our buildings and communities making sure were compliant. Based at our service in Egremont youll spend your time in the service or occasional cover in one of our other services.
