Insolvency Solicitor, NQ:3 Years PQE, Birmingham, GBP 60,000+ (DOE) : Are you a newly qualified to 3 years PQE Solicitor with a genuine interest in restructuring and insolvency? This could be the role for you JOB REF: 0757.
THE ROLE:
- You will be responsible for a busy and varied caseload to include corporate and personal insolvency cases, restructuring assignments and advisory work and contentious insolvency matters including litigation and asset recovery
- You will deliver high:quality, strategic advice to a diverse client base
- You will also play an active role in business development
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from Insolvency Solicitors with up to 3 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
- Excellent technical knowledge and drafting skills
- Commercial awareness and a client:centric approach
- Proactive and collaborative working style
- Confidence to manage files independently, with senior support where needed
- Strong communication and relationship:building skills
