Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This role is focused on the delivery of maintenance tasks and guest service support, helping us to maintain a safe, efficient, and welcoming hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across guest rooms and hotel facilities.
* Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and boiler systems.
* Support preventive maintenance on life safety systems including fire alarms and extinguishers.
* Perform plumbing, electrical, joinery, and decorating repairs as required.
* Ensure plant rooms and maintenance areas are safe, tidy, and well maintained.
* Work safely and follow all Health & Safety procedures at all times.
* Respond to guest and team requests quickly and professionally.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth hotel operations.
About You
* Previous experience in a maintenance or engineering role within a hotel or similar environment.
* Practical skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or general building maintenance.
* Strong focus on guest service and a positive, can-do attitude.
* Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends if required.
* Knowledge of Health & Safety practices.
