Competitive Pay. Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Manager: Acting as Management Representative and responsible for a team o between 4-5. Maintain the relevant quality and regulatory certificates and licenses held by the company. Ensure that the companies management system is maintained; including quality risk management, document management, internal and supplier audits as well as measurement of performance indicators and management review. Communicate effectively with relevant external bodies such as regulatory authorities & notified bodies. Identify & communicate variations & introduction of EU & national law that might affect the regulatory compliance of the company. Responsible for product complaints ensuring any information provided is accurate and relevant whilst considering the potential wider implications. Ensuring product complaint investigations are completed and a comprehensive investigation report is produced for each customer in a timely manner. Maintain awareness of product complaints and monitor complaint reports for trends. Liaise with external bodies as required. Ensure that employees are adequately trained in relevant aspects of standards or legislation. Co-ordination & preparation of information for regulatory submissions. Ensure that policies, processes and plans are effectively implemented. Responsible for maintaining a professional and harmonious working relationship with all colleagues, customers, clients, agents and third-party business partners or representatives of the company. Travel to work with team at the head office in France and for worldwide travel to visit subsidiaries/suppliers as required. Skills and Experience Required for the Quality Assurance Manager: Have experience with ISO13485 and medical device regulations (MDD & MDR) Ideally have completed Responsible Person Training based on the requirements on the Cogent Gold Standard. Have a life science degree or equivalent professional qualification. Have previous experience in a QA/RA management role in a medical device company Ability to support colleagues and guide them through changes to meet requirements of standards Additional Information for the Quality Assurance Manager: Monday to Friday. 09.00 - 17.00 Due to business needs and demands you may occasionally be require to work hours in excess of your schedule.
