What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

* Supporting the Lettings Manager in the day-to-day running of the department
* Proactively seeking and winning new business opportunities
* Conducting viewings and negotiating terms with prospective tenants
* Managing client relationships and maintaining service excellence
* Ensuring compliance with industry legislation and internal processes
What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience):

* Previous Residential Lettings experience is essential
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong sales and customer service focus
* Local knowledge of the South Kensington area desirable
* Smart, personable, well-organised and highly motivated
* Full UK Driving Licence and own car essential
