An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 MRI Radiographer to join a well-established imaging service in the picturesque town of Epsom. This full-time locum role is for an initial three-month period and offers a competitive hourly rate of up to £34.93, depending on experience. What you will do:
* Perform high-quality MRI scans, including complex scanning procedures, ensuring accurate and timely diagnostic results
* Use GE and/or Siemens MRI systems confidently and effectively
* Apply your experience with Soliton and Cerner systems to support efficient service delivery
* Carry out IV cannulation, where certified by the Society of Radiographers or a recognised university
* Deliver excellent patient care by adapting to individual needs and providing reassurance throughout procedures
* Ensure strict adherence to all MRI safety protocols, maintaining a safe environment for patients and staff
You must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and be a confident driver. Manual handling competence is essential, and you will be joining a supportive team that values collaboration and professional expertise.
