Why? Growing MSP + Development Opportunities

Location: Hybrid - Daresbury Office - MUST have a driving licence and car

* Do you want to quickly progress?

We are working with an MSP / IT consultancy that has undergone an exciting brand renewal and new packaging of services. You will target business owners and non-technical leaders in North West-based businesses, sharing value in cutting-edge technology which will ultimately propel their businesses.

The Sales Development Representative role involves prospecting for new sales opportunities, developing pipeline opportunities, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You will make outbound calls to customers and prospects to set appointments for sales teams, discussing a broad range of services from the IT Managed Services portfolio.

Ideally, you will have 12+ months SDR experience in a professional sales environment. Most importantly, you should be ambitious and eager to develop a long-term career.

* Identify, generate, and qualify new sales leads through customer analytics, predictive marketing processes, and prospecting new customers.
* Explain the benefits of IT Managed Services to potential clients concisely to generate further interest.
* Prospect new customers and leads.
* Utilize social media platforms to connect and score potential leads.
* Have 12+ months experience in Lead Generation, B2B sales, SDR, or outbound B2B sales in an MSP, Software, SaaS, or Professional Services company.
* Have 12+ months experience booking meetings with non-technical business leaders such as Finance Directors and Business Owners.
* Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Be proactive in sales and marketing efforts.
* Be comfortable making outbound calls.
* Hold a full driving license and own a vehicle.
