Duties And Responsibilities
As Marketing & Communications Executive, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:
* Actively contribute to all social media channels for the hotel, Six Senses Place, and Whiteley’s Kitchen, Bar & Café
* Assist in planning, creating and scheduling content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn in line with the Six Senses London tone of voice
* Capture and edit photography and video content for posts, campaigns, events and programming
* Track performance, compile insights reports and present findings to the Marketing Manager
* Support the upkeep of the hotel website, Six Senses Place microsite, and Whiteley’s Kitchen, Bar & Café pages, ensuring information is accurate and current
* Update and monitor external listings and partner platforms (IHG, OTAs, Google Business, OpenTable/Resy, press hubs)
* Upload, edit and check digital assets across platforms for consistency
* Draft, proof and distribute internal communications, including the quarterly host newsletter
* Support the Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing & Communications with media hosting, site inspections and press visits
* Assist with the creation of promotional material for events, memberships, sustainability campaigns and hotel activations
Qualifications
To execute the position of Marketing & Communications Executive, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:
* High school diploma or equivalent in Hospitality, Marketing, Journalism or Communications and more than one year’s experience in a marketing and communications role in travel, hospitality or luxury goods background.
* Technical skills include MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I keep myself updated with the latest trends in fitness and wellness.
* Social media channel management experience.
* Fluent in English; I understand that additional languages are preferred.
