Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are seeking a Senior Team Administrator to support our Maintenance Team working on the Transport for London (TfL) contract across North and Central London. Based at our Enfield Depot, you’ll be a key part of the back-office operations, ensuring the field service engineering teams have the administrative support they need to run smoothly and efficiently.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, engineering-driven environment, is highly organised, and has strong experience in team administration—especially in field service or similar sectors.
Imagine This (Job duties):

Plan, arrange, and submit Permits to Work
*
Coordinate and distribute Periodic Inspection schedules
*
Challenge and process PCNs (Parking Fines)
*
Raise Purchase Orders and Subcontractor Requests
*
Book and monitor engineer time
*
Order equipment and materials for the maintenance team
*
Collate and submit RTI claims
*
Support Slot Cutting, Switch Outs, and Restores
*
Liaise with TfL via email regarding permit and contract matters
*
General team administrative support as required
What You Need to Bring (Experience required):
*
Strong Excel skills (including use of formulas) – essential
*
Previous team administration experience – essential
*
Background in a field service engineering or maintenance environment – highly desirable
*
SAP experience – a plus but not required
*
Strong communication and organisational skills
*
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
*
Ideally located within 30 minutes of Enfield
