Maintenance Planner Location: Liverpool Contract Length: 3 Months (Initial) Rate: £425/day (Outside) Ford and Stanley are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner within the Rail industry to support the operational roll-out and upkeep of a new fleet of rolling stock. This is a critical three month (Initial) contract. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning and scheduling of maintenance activities. Interface with technical and administrative teams to identify and resolve planning gaps. Collaborate with Train Planning and Depot Operations to align maintenance schedules with service requirements. Ensure compliance with safety, reliability, and performance standards. Produce and manage maintenance documentation, schedules, and reports. Act as a subject matter expert on fleet maintenance planning, providing hands-on support from day one. Requirements: Proven experience as a Maintenance Planner or Train/Fleet Planner within the UK rail industry. Strong understanding of rolling stock maintenance cycles and depot operations. Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
