Sales Development Representative (SDR) – IT Sales Stroud HQ (Hybrid) Up to £45,000 basic double OTE We are working with a fast-growing technology business that’s looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 1–2 years of IT/tech sales experience to join their expanding team. This role is perfect for someone who’s already had exposure to tech sales and wants to take the next step, with a clear career path to Account Executive within 12–18 months. The Role: As an SDR, you’ll focus on building pipeline by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. You’ll engage with senior IT decision-makers, understand their challenges, and create interest in innovative IT solutions that make a real impact. Day-to-day, you’ll be: * Prospecting via calls, emails, and social media to generate new leads * Researching and mapping target accounts within the IT space * Qualifying inbound and outbound leads into sales opportunities * Engaging with stakeholders such as CIOs, CISOs, and IT leaders * Working closely with Account Executives to hand over qualified opportunities * Supporting marketing campaigns, webinars, and events What we’re looking for: * 1–2 years’ experience in IT/tech sales, business development, or lead generation * Confident in outbound prospecting and engaging decision-makers * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills * Highly organised, resilient, and target-driven * Ambitious, coachable, and eager to progress into an Account Executive role What’s on offer: * Up to £45,000 double OTE * Fast progression to Account Executive (12–18 months) * 25 days holiday bank holidays * Early finish on a Monday and Friday for wellness * Hybrid working (2 days WFH) * Ongoing training, coaching, and professional development * A supportive, fast-paced sales culture with regular socials and team events If you’ve got 1–2 years of IT sales experience and you’re ambitious to grow your career, I’d love to chat with you about this opportunity.
