We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive reputable Dealership who are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Christchurch – Dorset area.
Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.
Benefits:
Competitive basic salary starting at £27,000 with increases after brand training/
Achievable bonus of approximately £4,500 per annum based on performance

Working hours from 8:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
Rotational Saturday morning shifts from 8:30am to 12:30pm, paid as overtime.Requirements:
A working experience within a Service Advisor role – especially within the automotive trade.
The ability to upsell on service work and service plans
Customer Focused and an excellent communicator
Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database SoftwareDuties of role:
Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle
Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
Update Customers and Vehicle Records
Prepare and complete Invoices
Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed
Other Ad-Hoc Duties as the role requiresFor your hard work, our client is offering a salary of up to £27,000 with OTE of circa £31,500.
