Clinical Nurse Specialist – Community Stroke Team
NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde – NHS Scotland's largest health service. The Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) will work across the Greater Glasgow area on a Mon‑Fri pattern.
Band 6 Stroke Nurse – Community Stroke Team. This is a rarely available opportunity for an experienced stroke specialist nurse.
* Provide autonomous, multi‑disciplinary clinical care, managing a comprehensive CNS service across the stroke recovery pathway.
* Deliver advanced assessment, education and discharge planning; act as a clinical educator and supervisor.
* Maintain high quality clinical standards and evidence‑based practice within acute, rehabilitation and community settings.
* Registered Adult Nurse with current NMC registration.
* Clinically relevant stroke experience, preferably across acute, rehabilitation and community settings.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; evidence of clinical supervision or educational roles.
* Valid NMC UK PIN.
* Band 6 grade, with flexibility for pro‑rata part‑time provisions.
Salary is pro‑rata for part‑time hours.
