Are you an experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayer with an eye for detail and a passion for quality finishes? We're looking for a talented and reliable individual to join our growing team in a fast-paced, professional BMW workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing vehicles for painting, including masking and sanding
* Mixing and matching paint colours to exact specifications
* Applying primer, base coats, and clear coats using spray guns
* Inspecting finished work to ensure a flawless, factory-quality finish
* Working with modern paint systems and equipment
* Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an automotive paint sprayer (trade certification is a bonus)
* Excellent knowledge of modern paint systems (water- and solvent-based)
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* A positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Full driver's license (preferred)
