The Finance & Legal Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the legal and finance departments. This position is integral to ensuring efficient workflow, compliance, and coordination across Highview’s Finance & Legal operations. This is a part-time position, offered on an FTC to permanent basis. Requirements Finance Support: Document control such as maintaining folders including insurance documentation, engagement letters, statutory accounts and tax filings. Obtaining relevant signatories and workflow set up. Managing the Finance team calendar ensuring key dates are included: insurance renewals, submission of lender reports, cash drawdown requests, tax filings etc. are recorded and deadlines met Distribution of lenders' reports and audit committee papers. Attending weekly finance meeting, creating agenda, recording actions and following up with team members to provide updates. Managing the CFO’s diary ensuring 1-2-1s and weekly standing meetings are maintained Creating purchase orders and complete goods and services receipts for the Finance function (SOD requirement). Supporting process improvement and documentation of Accounts Payable and Expenses processes. Other ad hoc Finance support as required Legal Support: Creating POs and completing GSRs for the legal function as required. This role is also responsible for providing cover to the other team support role as required including office needs. Scheduling ERM meetings as required Maintaining Bond database Insurance renewal administration Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of what the general responsibilities will be, and that the job description may be subject to changes according to the requirements of the organisation.
