Ryan House Day Nursery in Nottingham – Ofsted Outstanding. Part of Grandir UK. Salary £26,666 to £28,288 (depending on experience and qualifications with regular pay reviews). Our Ryan House Day Nursery in Nottingham, is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our team. You will play a key role in caring for, supporting and inspiring our children, encouraging curiosity and helping them thrive every day.

About Our Nursery

At Ryan House Day Nursery children enjoy well-resourced playrooms designed to spark creativity and curiosity through play. We also provide healthy, balanced meals to support children’s growth and encourage positive eating habits from an early age.

Our Forest School sessions give children the opportunity to connect with nature, while our minibus ensures safe and convenient travel for trips and outdoor adventures.

Ryan House Day Nursery is centrally located in West Bridgford on Loughborough Road, between Asda and Wilford Lane. Its convenient location makes it an ideal choice for families living or working in West Bridgford and the wider Nottingham area.


What Will You Be Doing

* Promote high standards of quality within the nursery in respect of the environment, resources and experiences offered to children
* Assume key carer responsibilities for designated children
* Ensure that all children attending the nursery receive rich and stimulating experiences appropriate to their age and stage of development
* Prepare and support children’s activities
* In the absence of the Team/Room Leader maintain effective day-to-day management of the environment
* Contribute to ensuring that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage
* Support and mentor students and un-qualified staff to ensure delivery of high-quality childcare practice and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers
