Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and executing the long-term growth strategy.
* Driving revenue generation through new business development and strategic customer engagement.
* Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, partners and investors.
* Identifying new market opportunities and routes to growth.
* Leading and developing a high-performing leadership team.
* Creating scalable processes, systems and organisational structures.
* Providing strategic guidance and regular reporting to the Board.
* Acting as the external face of the business and representing the organisation within its industry.
About You:
* Experience operating in a CEO, Managing Director, Commercial Director or equivalent senior leadership position.
* Experience within EV charging, energy technology, renewable energy, clean technology, mobility or adjacent sectors.
* A strong commercial background with a proven ability to deliver business growth.
* Experience working within SME, scale-up or high-growth environments.
* The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
* Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Experience building teams and developing organisational capability.
* A customer-focused approach and the ability to build long-term commercial relationships.
* An entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in evolving environments.
