Position Overview: THX has grown 30% year-on-year over the last three years and is poised for substantial further growth. This position will work closely with the Head of People & Culture to deliver a high-quality HR service, with a primary focus on co-ordinating end-to-end recruitment processes, covering direct sourcing, internal mobility, and agency coordination. Key responsibilities : - Coordinate recruitment activities across departments, fostering strong relationships with hiring managers, Marketing, candidates, and external partners. - Use ATS platform to coordinate direct recruitment campaigns including internal recruitment and utilising various recruitment tools and platforms to attract top talent. - Liaise with recruitment agencies on terms, advertisements and interview coordination. - Use ATS platform to coordinate applicant tracking, screening, and interview scheduling. - Work with the hiring manager to coordinate the onboarding/induction processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. - Maintain and update recruitment-related documentation and systems. - Use ATS platform to monitor recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and candidate experience. - Coordinate and conduct entry interviews. - Support with the administration and recording of confidential employee records and paperwork. - Maintain accurate records on the Company HRIS, including producing reports and metrics when required. - Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives as directed by Head of People & Culture. Requirements Essential - Proven experience in coordinating multiple recruitment campaigns (in-house or agency). - Previous HR and/or administration experience. - Basic understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice. - Experience using an Applicant Tracking System. - Familiarity with recruitment platforms, including Indeed and LinkedIn. - Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels. - Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multi-task. - High attention to detail and strong administrative capabilities. - Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, growing environment. - A positive and proactive mindset. - Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity. - Self-motivated with a genuine passion for recruitment Desirable - Degree-level education in HR, Business, or a related field. - CIPD Level 3/5 (or an interest in working towards) - Direct sourcing expertise with the ability to engage passive talent. - Familiarity with HR systems (e.g. BreatheHR). - Confident to embrace the evolving use of AI to optimise the efficiency and impact of the HR function Benefits THX Values: As a family-centred business, people are at the heart of everything we do.
