Receptionist

Regent Residential Care Home, Worcester

£13.04 per hour

30 hours per week

Your role

1. Welcome residents, relatives and visitors with warmth and professionalism
2. Support customers by answering queries and offering clear, helpful information
3. Carry out a range of administrative tasks to keep the home running smoothly
4. Use your IT skills to manage emails, records and documents confidently
5. Work closely with colleagues to create a friendly, supportive front of house experience

Your skills

6. Experience in a customer service setting
7. Confident using IT systems including Word, Excel and Outlook
8. Warm and approachable with strong people skills
9. Organised and able to manage a variety of tasks calmly and efficiently
10. Caring, enthusiastic and self-motivated with a desire to make a positive difference
