Apprenticeship Coordinator Hours: 29.6 hours per week / 52 weeks per year Working pattern: 4 days per week Salary: £24,216 - £27,344 Actual £30,270 - £ 34,181 FTE Ready to lead on apprenticeship quality and play a key role in transforming learner success at Newbury College? We are excited to offer this opportunity for a dedicated and quality-driven Apprenticeship Coordinator to join our team. In this role you will: • Coordinate apprenticeship delivery to keep learners on track. • Lead the IQA process and ensure all quality standards are met. • Support coaches and IQAs to drive timely achievement and great learner experiences. • Monitor e portfolios to ensure they’re accurate and up to date. • Help prepare for audits, Ofsted, and funding compliance checks. • Work with curriculum teams to improve assessment and learning. • Keep employers informed and engaged throughout the learner journey. • Promote apprenticeships and support recruitment activity. What you will bring to the role: • Strong assessor and IQA expertise with relevant qualifications. • Experience supporting apprentices, coaches and employers. • Confident use of e portfolios and digital systems. • Great communication, organisation and people skills. • A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to quality. • A proactive, adaptable and solution focused approach. • A passion for helping learners achieve their full potential. Desirable criteria: • Teaching Qualification • Experience of working in FE. • Experience using OneFile.
