About the Role
We are seeking experienced Dementia Support Workers with NVQ Level 2 (or above) in Health and Social Care and a minimum of 6 months experience in a dementia setting. The role involves providing compassionate, respectful, and person-centered care to residents with dementia, supporting their daily activities and engagement, and assisting with personal care when needed. Tailored dementia training will be provided to enhance your skills.
Qualifications and Experience
* NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (essential)
* Minimum 6 months experience in a dementia care setting
