Key Responsibilities Conduct ADHD diagnostic assessments supported by clinical systems and protocols, in line with NICE guidelines. Review referral information and determine diagnostic outcomes. Initiate, monitor and titrate medication adhering to clinical protocols. Document care accurately within the patient record using electronic clinical systems Liaise with ADHD service delivery manager and care coordinators to manage workload. Contribute to case discussion in MDT format, clinical governance and service development meetings with appropriate wider team members.
