* Full ownership of a greenfield UK territory from day one
* Autonomy to build, grow, and develop the commercial footprint in the UK
* Sell high-ASP capital equipment with software / platform upside
* Engage clinic owners, medical directors, and senior commercial stakeholders
* Shape UK go-to-market, pricing, and positioning
* Designed to evolve into UK Sales Director as the team scales
