3 Circles Care is looking for a Team Leader.

About The Company

3 Circles Care opened in June 2019. Since then, we have built a dedicated, hardworking, closely knit team of Care Assistants. We now need someone to supervise them.

The owner and RI have a very hands-on approach; she makes sure that she knows each staff member personally and is always available to discuss any issues you may have. She also knows each service user personally.

About The Role

You will assist with:

* Carrying out care plan reviews.
* Staff monitoring, spot checks, and compliance.
* Emergency management: handling emergencies calmly and efficiently.
* Manning the on-call mobile once a week and as required.
* Supporting management to maintain the smooth running of the company.


Key Responsibilities Include

* Monitoring and maintaining compliance with CIW standards.
* Supporting and supervising care staff in the community to uphold high standards.
* Assisting with the assessment and setup of new service user packages.
* Maintaining accurate records.
* Promoting professionalism and trust.


About You

You should have:

* A clear DBS.
* A full driving license and use of a car for work.
* A proven ability to lead and supervise others (desirable).
* Ideally, QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care.


You Should Be

* Confident working alone and as part of a team.
* Approachable and flexible.
* Excellent communication and literacy skills.
* Not under disciplinary or safeguarding investigation.
