Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year experience in parts sales or a related role within the Stellantis network or other automobile network.
* Experience in parts distribution or automotive logistics.
* Demonstrable parts experience and basic computer skills, including database usage, email, and internet.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
* Contribute to maximum customer retention through effective representation.
* Develop a planned daily, weekly and monthly sales call program as agreed with your manager.
* Maintain full knowledge of all products, accessories, prices and key competitors.
* Handle dissatisfied customers calmly and resolve complaints professionally, involving your manager when necessary.
* Produce reports on all business sales activities including follow‑up, prospecting, sales presentations and new clients to ensure accurate sales forecasts.
* Meet with existing customers regularly to present new offers and secure future business opportunities.
* Contact prospective customers in a structured, consistently professional manner, ensuring all communication adheres to retailer standards.
