Springfield Care Centre is a 80 Bedded Home in Ilford.
We are looking for a dedicated nurse who is looking for that step up as a Senior Nurse within our nursing home.
The home is overall good with CQC, with a longstanding dedicated Home Manager to support you.
The hours for this position:
2x 12 hour shifts
2 x 8 hour supernumerary shifts .
Clinical Lead main Responsibilities:
* Manage the clinical staff with nursing expertise.
* Organise and supervise clinical staff and develop their professional abilities in line with the hospital’s policies, methods and procedures.
* Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided by nurses and report issues in a timely manner.
* Ensure that junior nurses are properly trained.
* Identify potential complaints and resolve them before they become a problem for patients, the hospital or other nurses.
* Provide coaching on leadership skills to nursing staff.
* Manage conflict resolution and workplace disputes.
* Coordinate activities for nurses in related fields, and share information with them.
You must be for our Clinical Lead position:
