Main duties of the job The role as a Senior HCSW will involve basic care and support of patients, training and supporting HCSW currently in the team or joining the team, taking part in audits, and being an integral part of service provision. The role will also involve delivering a streamlined outpatient clinic working and support the medical teams within the outpatients department. This role will predominantly be based within the outpatients department, there will be an expectation of being able to work within the day unit as well as with wider teams such as acute oncology, metastatic, neuro-oncology and Enfys ward. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
