You will help champion good design and user experience by engaging with customers and supporting the product team in gathering and translating insights into design improvements. Duties and Responsibiliti
* esSupport the identification of usability improvements by reviewing existing designs and helping to gather feedback across products and device
* s.Assist in planning, recruiting for, and conducting qualitative and quantitative user research using methods such as usability testing, surveys, and guerrilla testin
* g.Attend casting studios to assist with ad hoc user interviews and observe the casting process, helping to gather insight and validate new feature
* s.Work closely with developers, product managers, and the Principal Designer to help translate research findings into actionable improvement
* s.Contribute to the creation of user personas, user journey maps, and empathy maps based on research finding
* s.Develop wireframes and low-to-mid fidelity prototypes for testing and evaluating new concepts with user
* s.Help foster a research-driven design culture by sharing user insights with the broader tea
