We are looking for a Senior Facilities Manager to join the team of an established company, overseeing and managing facilities services across multiple sites. This role is a temporary position based onsite, 5 days a week, with travel required to different Rotherham locations (mileage covered).

Rotherham - Onsite (travel to multiple local sites required)
As a Senior Facilities Manager, your main duties will be:

Overseeing facilities services across sites, including both soft and hard FM
*
Ensuring all building safety and statutory compliance checks are completed and maintained
*
Managing client relationships and building strong, effective rapport
*
Handling client feedback and complaints, ensuring timely and professional responses
*
Assisting the Technical Services Manager (TSM) with managing building maintenance activities
To be successful as a Senior Facilities Manager, you will need:

Previous experience within facilities management (hard and/or soft FM)
*
Strong knowledge of building safety and compliance
*
Experience managing client relationships in a professional environment
*
The ability to manage issues proactively and communicate effectively with stakeholders
