Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Key Responsibilities: * Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance issues across tenanted floors. * Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems. * Ensure all mechanical and electrical equipment operates to optimum performance levels. * Provide a multi-skilled maintenance service, covering both electrical and mechanical disciplines. * Issue permits as per company policies and ensures safety procedures are followed. * Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and building management to ensure smooth operations. * Carry out modifications and installations as needed.
