Job Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day production and assembly to meet customer delivery schedules
* Plan, monitor, and adjust production schedules for optimal efficiency and output
* Track performance metrics, quality, and workflow; implement practical improvements
* Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures
* Maintain equipment safety, oversee stock levels, and coordinate with procurement
* Support, train, and develop production staff to maximise team performance
* Maintain accurate records for production, inventory, and reporting to management
* Escalate issues promptly and collaborate across departments for seamless operations
* Provide hands-on support during peak periods to sustain output levels
Skills and Requirements
* Proven experience in production or manufacturing from industrial OEM or EMS environments
* Track record supervising or coordinating small teams in a hands-on setting
* Strong organisational skills with a practical, problem-solving mindset
* Ability to analyse production data and drive continuous improvements
* Excellent communication for team coordination and customer management
* Reliable focus on delivery, quality, teamwork, and taking full ownership
* Comfortable in a fast-paced environment ensuring schedules and standards are met
* Fluency in English required; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, German, Spanish) will be a good plus
