We are recruiting on behalf of our client, 24 a -year-old lady, who is living in Chesterfield. They are looking for a like-minded person to join their care team and assist them in daily living whilst studying. Join their team of PAs who provide their personal care and independent living support. This is a great opportunity to help make a positive impact on a young adults life. Start: ASAP Rota: 7 days on / 7 days off Location: Chesterfield (S43) Pay: £140 per day £980 per week Free accommodation whilst on shift Holidays: 5.6 weeks holiday pro rata A Full UK Driving licence is desirable for this position as our client is in the process of obtaining a vehicle. About our Client Our client is a Criminology graduate who has recently graduated with an undergraduate degree from De Montfort University. She has a diagnosis of cerebral palsy. Throughout her degree, it became evident to her that she was passionate about criminology. To pursue this passion our client is pursuing a Masters in MSC Crime Science and Intelligence, although she has applied for a gap year between her first and second year of the course. With a happy and positive demeanour as well as a good sense of humour, our client enjoys spending time with her boyfriend (who lives with her) and playing with her dogs. Other interests include watching TV/documentaries, getting lost in a good book and playing games on her PC. She has a very open mind and is always up for a philosophical debate. She is often described as easy going and goes with the flow. Qualifications and Requirements: - Must be a dog lover Our client has 2 small dogs - A full clean UK driving licence (Desirable) - To be physically fit, calm, patient and caring - Good organisational skills and the ability to work on your own initiative - To have a good sense of humour - A mature and responsible attitude - Good communication skills - To be confident and comfortable supporting someone with personal care - Comfortable in your own company and be able to occupy yourself when not needed by the client. - Fluent in English. - Clean and tidy in both your appearance and ways. - Non-smoker - Clean and respectful of the client's home and personal space.
