Areyou a dynamic individual whothrives on building relationshipsunderstanding industry landscapes anddriving sales We are seeking aSales and Partnership Manager who embodiesthese qualities and more.As an integral member of our team you will beresponsible fornurturing partnerships managing supplier relationships anddrivingsales within the health and fitness industry. KeyResponsibilities:
IndustryUnderstanding:Demonstrate a deepknowledge of the industry landscape includingknowledge of suppliers andoperational needs ofclubs.
SupplierRelationshipManagement: Build andmaintain relationships with keysuppliers in the sector through effectivecommunication andnegotiationskills.
PartnershipManagement:Oversee the endtoendmanagement and fulfilment of partnershipsensuring seamless delivery andcustomersatisfaction.
ResearchProjects:Conduct adhoc researchprojects including deskbased and callresearch to supportbusinessinitiatives.
SalesPitching: Pitch our products and services to bothsuppliers andgyms promoting our profiling reports and tailoredsolutions.
Data AnalysisandReporting: Utilise the database toanalyse data andcreate reports including but not limited to Latent DemandReportsMember Profiling and Competitorreports.
LeadGeneration: Drive lead generation efforts throughhighlevel sales and targeted email campaigns engaging new prospectsand expanding the clientbase.
QualificationsandSkills:
* Proven trackrecord in sales partnership management or related field.
* Excellent communication negotiation and presentationskills.
* Strong analytical abilities withexperience in data analysis and reporting.
* Proactive mindset and ability to workindependently.
* Wellconnected within theindustry with a deep understanding of supplier dynamics.
* Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and meetsales targets.
* Experience with Experian andmosaic profilingpreferred.
