Administrator
Location: Sheerness
Shift: Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:00 (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £12 per hour
Employment Type: Maternity Cover, with the potential to be extended for the right candidate.
Igloo is currently looking for an experienced administrator to join our client based in Sheerness.
Our client is a leader in the automotive industry, with operations throughout the UK and Europe.
The Role:
* Answering customer phone calls
* Dealing with queries and complaints
* Providing general administration duties to the office
* Other duties as and when required
What kind of person we are looking for?
* Administration experience
* Customer Service experience
* Experience using Microsoft packages (Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience within transport or logistics is advantageous but not essential
