Loders CE Primary Academy are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and highly motivated individual to support a pupil with complex needs. The successful applicant should have experience of supporting pupils with Speech, Language and Communication Needs.

The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Establish constructive relationships with the pupil and encourage interaction with others.
  • To promote inclusion through the development of social skills, language and emotional well-being.
  • Liaise with other professionals both within and outside the school.
  • You will be expected to show a high degree of initiative and be able to react to given situations with integrity and compassion.
  • You may be asked to do some group work activities.
  • Our trust started life as a small group of schools in South Devon and our founding schools have been working together since 2006.
