We are seeking a highly organized and digitally savvy Marketing Coordinator to support our growing Television Distribution Marketing team. This role is designed for someone with strong logistical skills, a passion for new technology, and an ability to streamline workflows across international markets. Based in London, the coordinator will play a central role in asset management, screener and app administration, and the adoption of emerging tools to enhance marketing operations.

Job Responsibilities
* Partner with the global marketing and sales teams to ensure the smooth execution of TV Distribution marketing strategies.
* Track and report on key data points to inform campaign planning and operational decision-making.
* Support the creation of sales and marketing materials, ensuring timely delivery and consistency across markets.
* Draft and edit marketing copy for campaign decks, sales communications and social assets.
* Execute email marketing campaigns, including design, scheduling, and performance tracking.
* Manage, traffic, and distribute marketing assets to internal and external partners.
* Maintain accurate records and workflows within Rightsline (or equivalent rights management systems).
* Provide timely and professional customer service to international broadcast partners, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
* Operate, update, and maintain our bespoke screening website and app, ensuring a seamless user experience for clients and partners.
* Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with vendors to ensure platform functionality and uptime.
* Administer screener scheduling, access rights, and distribution.
* Partner with the social marketing team to integrate workflows and optimize creative production.
* Continuously explore and test new tools and processes that drive operational efficiency.
* Collaborate across time zones with global colleagues, maintaining clear, timely communication.
* Support key industry events (e.g., MIPCOM, major screenings, client showcases) with coordination duties such as asset preparation, invites, and recap documentation.
* Assist with vendor coordination or on-site logistics when necessary.
Requirements
* Degree in Marketing, Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Experience in marketing, operations, or media (television/entertainment background preferred).
* Strong organizational and logistical skills, with sharp attention to detail.
* Demonstrated comfort with digital platforms, rights management tools, and/or content management systems.
* Proficiency with creative design tools such as Photoshop and/or Canva.
* Experience creating, scheduling, and tracking email marketing campaigns.
* Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
* Interest in emerging technologies, including AI-driven workflows and productivity tools.
* Self-starter with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
