This role combines technical expertise, stakeholder communication, and process understanding to ensure smooth, compliant system changes aligned with strategic goals. A key focus is maintaining efficiency and accuracy across financial systems following our transformation.What you’ll do:Support design, testing, and maintenance of financial systemsCoordinate financial system change projects and timelinesMaintain and support Oracle Financials and related toolsCapture and document system change requirementsAssist with change management and communicationSupport system configuration and technical updatesDevelop and manage system testing plansDeliver training and support for system usersMonitor the performance of updated financial systemsQualificationsWhat we’d love you to bring:Have excellent system reconciliation skills.Understanding of data feeds/interfaces into Finance Systems architecture.Good knowledge of financial systems in general (on-the-job training would be provided in respect of esure’s systems if not used previously).An accounting qualification, such as CIMA, ACA, or ACCA.Good knowlege of project management, business requirements and software testingA good understanding of insurance, although training will be given.The Interview Process (subject to change):You’ll start with an introductory call with one of our Recruitment Partners.
