Responsibilities
* Providing great customer service to new and existing customers over the phone, requiring attention to detail, the ability to learn quickly, and a positive attitude.
* Processing correspondence, renewals activity and new business quotations with thorough attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
* Meeting commercial and team targets and KPIs by maximising business and service opportunities.
* Enjoying working in a fast-paced team; we work hard, help and support each other and strive to achieve team goals while having fun.
